Tomorrow, September 14th, rezora is going to release a major improvement. Profile Pictures and logos will now appear sharper and clearer! No more blurry photos! 

 

 

Potential issues to look out for:

• If a template doesn't have a set width for a logo or profile image, then the image will appear at the size it was when uploaded. This could cause some users' images to be larger than normal. To fix this: set a width on your profile image in the v2 template, upload an image that is 100px wide in the user's account, or contact our support team for help. 

 

•If you are using a v1 template, then the template will need to be re-coded as a v2 template. We recommend archiving older v1 templates to prevent issues. Here's how. 

 

•If your agents love a v1 template, recreate it as a v2 using the template builder. Or, ask us to re-build the template as a v2 template. 

 

•Attend a template builder training to stay savvy!
